Bangladesh Beat South Africa too!

South Africa crashed to a 67-run defeat against Bangladesh in their Super Eight match at Guyana on Saturday.

Chasing a victory target of 252, the Proteas were bundled out for 184 in 48.4 overs. The South Africans were tormented by the Bangladesh spinners who picked up as many as six wickets.

Earlier, Bangladesh rode on a fantastic 87 by Mohammad Ashraful to post 251. Andre Nel, who replaced, Andrew Hall in the South Africa lineup picked up five wickets.

Put in to bat, Bangladesh made a solid start putting on an opening stand of 42 runs in 14 overs. Ashraful and Aftab Ahmed put on 76 runs at almost a run-a-ball. Ashraful made 87 from 83 balls with 12 hits to the ropes.

For South Africa, Jacques Kallis and AB de Villiers put on 45 runs for the second wicket before Rasel struck again. Kallis was caught by Tamim Iqbal for 32.
